This cookbook is literally everything that I want my future cookbook to be. It’s visually beautiful but most importantly, the recipe content is perfection. In addition to having delicious recipes she includes the health benefits of the vegetable groups that are used in the recipes.
What I really love about this book is that is skips the bullshit. She doesn’t preach a certain diet; rather she embraces living a life in balance. Donna Hay has a realistic, approachable and delicious way of eating that she shares in this book. Get ready to make beautiful and vibrant dishes from this cookbook!
