A ceasar dressing with a mediterranean twist. I love a super garlicky traditional caesar dressing (be sure to check out my F*%K caesar salad dressing), but this dressing is perfect for when I’m feeling lazy, can’t be bothered to make a mayonnaise from scratch, or for when I just want to eat completely plant based.
This recipe had its debut at my first Yin Yang Wine event that I hosted back in February. That event was so much fun! It was my first time ever hosting/planning an event, catering AND teaching a yoga class. The event was sold out with 35 people, and in addition to everyone loving the yoga flow I put together, I had guests leaving happy with their bellies full. I love sharing my food, but truthfully it stresses me out.. I want it to be PERFECT and I only want to serve my guests the absolute BEST food. I served hors d’oeuvres to all of my guests and used this dressing to create a little “caesar salad bite”! I tossed shaved kale in this tahini caesar dressing, served it on a tortilla in the shape of a scoop and it was oh so delicious!
My favourite way to enjoy caesar salad is to serve it on grilled romaine, marinated kale or as a caesar salad bite like I just mentioned. Let me know yours in the comments below!
Tahini Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp caper brine
- 1/3 C tahini
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 C water
Directions
- Step 1
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and process on high speed until smooth.
- Step 2
- Enjoy on grilled romaine to amp up your traditional caesar salad, or toss with marinated kale!
